On May 24, 2021, at around 12:30 p.m., I received a telephone call from a representative from Amgen named "Sara" calling from 866-264-3650, responding to an earlier call I had made asking for some information.
(Calling this number gets a recorded message that this is Amgen's "call back" line. The number I've usually used to call Amgen is 800-772-6436)
"Sara" called to say they had some publications answering my questions but could not give them to me, only to my doctor.
I said I wanted it sent to me. She said she would "talk to her supervisor," so watch this space.
